defeated Poole Town 5-2. Libby Bell and Abi Todd weighed in with their other goals, whilst
Katie Marshallsay netted a brace in reply.
One match was played in the Eastern Division and it produced something of a surprise
result as Weston-super-Mare won 6-5 against AEK Boco. A victory would have returned
Boco to the top of the table but instead it was Weston who claimed their first win, thanks to a
five-goal blast from Ellie Roberts, with Emma West adding the other. Lucy Atkinson scored
four times but ended up on the losing side, with Eloise Nicholas also on target.
The leadership changed hands once again in the Western Division with Sticker
Women ascending to the top after beating Budleigh Salterton 6-1. Tori Marks netted twice
for Sticker along with Lauren Bennett, Amber Hadrill, Angelee Robinson and Gracie Davies,
whilst Tahla Williams grabbed a consolation for the visitors.
Southern Region League
Whilst Bournemouth Sports were involved in the FA Cup, Abingdon Utd replaced them
as Premier Division leaders by beating Eastleigh 3-0 with Nell Boxall, Beth Hawtin and
Lindsay Pinker scoring their goals. Ascot Utd ran out 5-1 winners away to Wycombe
Wanderers and are up to second, Nicole Brown netting a brace along with Dominique
Carrington, Sarah Davern and Laura Spark. Lara Althorp, Chloe Ball and Tori St Clair were all
on target as Abingdon Town won 3-1 at Oxford City.
Milton Utd stay five points clear at the top of Division One North, thanks to a 4-1
success away to Caversham Utd. Zoe Barnes netted twice for the leaders along with Mollie
Dyer and Holly Porter. The two teams immediately below Milton in the table met each other
and it was Woodley Utd who triumphed 4-0 over Penn & Tyler's Green. May Hamblin
bagged a brace for Woodley and she was joined on the scoresheet by Michelle Quinn and
Gemma Sims.
Badshot Lea are the new leaders of Division One South following their 2-1 win against
Selsey Women Development. Lucy Cook and Rebecca Munro were on target, with
Georgina Starkey replying. Abbey Rangers won for the second time, 3-2 at Rushmoor
Community but it was not quite enough to take them off the bottom. Ella MacLellan (2) and
Beth Anders gave Abbey the points, with Becca Duncan and Mary Kinsella netting for the home
side.
In the League Cup, Long Crendon progressed with a 5-0 victory against Carterton.
Emma Leith netted twice, with Samantha Bignall, Eleanor Lovelock and Sarah Harrison
accounting for the other goals.
West Midlands League
Lye Town are just two points off the pace in the Premier Division after they defeated
Redditch Utd 3-1. Sian Johnson, Chelsea Tague and Rhiannon Bate were all on target for Lye,
with Nakiya Lewis-Edwards replying. Madison Jones netted four times and Libby Veitch the
other as Shrewsbury Town won 5-2 away to Solihull Sporting and improving Burton
Albion won 2-0 against Crusaders thanks to Emily Gillott and Hajrah Mahmood.
Shifnal Town have gone top of Division One North after Rebecca-Lee Bown (2),
Jada-Mia Lee (2), Maria Bell and Nicola Mason gave them a 6-1 victory over City of Stoke.
Previous leaders Walsall Ladies were held to a 2-2 draw by Darlaston Town, Jessica Bate
and Shannon Workman scoring their goals, with Ellesse Birkett and Drew Harris replying. Sian
McHugh netted a second half brace to earn Port Vale a 2-2 draw against Lichfield City Res,
who had earlier led through Amy Rollason and an own goal, while Sandra Dziedzic and Georgia
Furlong earned Coventry City a 2-1 win against Tamworth.
Knowle extended their Division One South lead to nine points when they defeated
Bewdley Town 6-1. Demi-Lee Rolph was on target four times along with Marian Byrne and
Samantha Smith. Worcester City Development replace Kingfisher in third place after
winning their meeting 4-3 and Leamington Lions continued their movement up the table by
beating Droitwich Spa 4-0, Kitty Jones netting twice along with Annabelle Williams and
Molly Noble. Charlotte Dickens was on target for Rugby Town as they shared a 1-1 draw
against Sedgley & Gornal Utd, who netted through Grace Field.
