as I stand dwarfed by a giant

rhododendron. Inside, the

barman escorts us into the bar. I

take a picture of the peat burning

fireplace since it was so inviting

after another chilly day and the

barman takes a photo of us by the

fireplace.

We order glasses of house wine

and I ask the girl who comes to

take our order how the set up

works for dinner. She says
that we will order in the bar

and then move to the dining

room when the food is ready.

I order salmon in grapefruit

sauce with vegetable

assortment. After a few

delightful minutes by the fire

we go into the dining room.
