Equal Opportunity Statement

Equal employment opportunities are fundamental to the success of the National Wildlife

Federation. In recognition of this commitment, our Board of Directors has issued the following
        statement:

In order to provide equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals,
employment decisions at the National Wildlife Federation will be based on education, training,
experience, skill, and aptitude. The National Wildlife Federation does not discriminate in

employment opportunities or practices on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual
orientation, marital status, age, national origin, disability, genetic information, or any other
characteristic protected by federal, state and/or local law.

The organization will make reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with known

disabilities unless doing so would result in an undue hardship. This policy governs all aspects
of employment, including selection, job assignment, compensation, discipline, termination, and
        access to benefits and training.

Any employees with questions or concerns about any type of discrimination in the workplace
are encouraged to bring these issues to the attention of their immediate supervisor, the

Human Resources department, or the General Counsel's Office. Employees can raise concerns
and make reports without fear of reprisal. Anyone found to be engaging in any type of
unlawful discrimination will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of
        employment.

Our Workplace Values and Code of Conduct

The National Wildlife Federation (NWF) is committed to providing a safe, respectful and

welcoming environment for our staff, affiliates, volunteers, partners, and guests. We believe it
is the responsibility of all those who work at or with the National Wildlife Federation to treat
each other with dignity and respect.

Importantly, NWF does not tolerate the harassment, discrimination, bullying, intimidation,

abuse of authority, or mistreatment of any individual on the basis of race, religion, creed,
national origin, ancestry, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity

(including gender nonconformity and status as a transgender individual), age,
physical or mental disability, citizenship, genetic information, past, current or prospective

service in the uniformed services, or any other characteristic protected under applicable
        federal, state or local law.
