Employment Policies and Practices



       Nature of Employment at Will



       Employment with the National Wildlife Federation is voluntary.  Each employee is free to

       resign at any time, with or without cause.  Similarly, NWF may terminate the employment
       relationship at any time, with or without notice or cause.


       Policies set forth in this handbook are not intended to constitute contractual obligations of any
       kind or a contract of employment between the organization and any of its employees.  The

       policies included in this handbook, and those updated on our intranet site, supersede all
       existing organizational policies and practices.  Further, the policies included in this handbook
       may not be amended, nor may additional policies be adopted, without the express written
       approval of the National Wildlife Federation’s President, Legal Counsel, or the Human
       Resources department.
