and each year pass the resolutions that

form the basis of our conservation
agenda. It is in response to their needs
that the National Wildlife Federation
develops and delivers a host of
programs that provide the knowledge
and tools our supporters need to
address critical conservation issues in

their communities, across the country
and around the world.

Though they share a special
commitment to the natural world,
these supporters represent mainstream

America. They are acutely aware of the
demands of modern society, but see
conservation as an investment in
human health, prosperity and
especially, quality of life. It is our

unique and critical role to help them
discover and combine their passion for
the natural world with the knowledge
and assistance to effectively make this
critical investment. We must continue
to educate, inspire and assist them.
Because when it comes to people and

wildlife, our future is in the balance.
