Fourth Offense: Suspension for one quarter and warning for non-admission in
enrollment for the next school year

2. DISRESPECT OF AUTHORITY

First Offense: Two (2) days suspension NO access to Real Time Live Classes and
in Google Classroom
Second Offense: Five (5) days suspension NO access to Real Time Live Classes
and in Google Classroom; Warning for Dismissal
Third Offense: Dismissal/Expulsion

3. PLAGIARISM

a. Research

First Offense: Failing grade for the subject where one has plagiarized and
warning for dismissal
Second Offense: Dismissal

b. Term Papers and Projects

First Offense: Grade equivalent of zero for the term paper/project
Second Offense: Grade equivalent of zero for the term paper/project and five
(5) days suspension
Third Offense: Grade equivalent of zero for the term paper/project and ten
(10) days suspension
Fourth Offense: Dismissal

c. Exercises, experiments and home works

First Offense: Grade equivalent of zero for the term paper/project
Second Offense: Grade equivalent of zero for the term paper/project and five
(5) days suspension
Third Offense: Grade equivalent of zero for the term paper/project and ten
(10) days suspension
Fourth Offense: Dismissal

4. UNAUTHORIZED POSTING OF ANY MATERIALS RELATED TO SCHOOL
