GOOGLE ACCOUNT RELATED POLICY

● Assigned Google Drive per account shall ONLY contain subject-related or
course-related content/files of the enrolled subject or course of the student. All
non-academic files on the Google Drive of G-Suite account shall be removed on a
regular basis by the LMS administrator.
● Assigned G-Suite account or email address given by the school is exclusively to be
used by the learner. Such an account cannot be shared to any individual related or
not related to the student for whatever purpose.

SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS

● Don’t take and share pictures of the live session without consent.
● Don’t screenshot and spread any conversation, email or any content that is
discussed in the Google Meet class and in the Google Classroom. Those
discussions are private and only members of the google class are privy to all
information, lessons, examinations and activities.
