First Offense: Written Warning
Second Offense: Five (5) days NO access to Real Time Live Classes and in Google
Classroom
Third Offense: Ten (10) days NO access to Real Time Live Classes and in Google
Classroom
Fourth Offense: Fifteen (15) days NO access to Real Time Live Classes and in
Google Classroom
Fifth Offense: Transfer the student in modular learning mode

MAJOR OFFENSES INVOLVING PERSONS

1. TYPING OR UTTERING (while the mic is on), RIDICULOUS, DEROGATORY,
MALICIOUS, LIBELOUS OR FLAGRANT INDECENCY LANGUAGE ON
THE CHAT BOX OF THE GOOGLE MEET/ GOOGLE CLASSROOM AND IN
ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS ( FACEBOOK, MESSENGER, TWITTER
etc.) AGAINST ANY PERSON BUT NOT LIMITED TO SCHOOL
OFFICIALS/FACULTY/STUDENT/PARENT/GUARDIAN (use of rude words,
and pseudonym; speech that wound’s one’s feelings; belittling, disparaging; and,
offending words/statements against recognized standards of property and courtesy.

First Offense: Two (2) days suspension NO access to Real Time Live Classes and
in Google Classroom
Second Offense: Five (5) days suspension NO access to Real Time Live Classes
and in Google Classroom; Warning for Dismissal
Third Offense: Dismissal/Expulsion

2. INTIMIDATION, BULLYING, THREAT, HARASSMENT AND
CYBERBULLYING

First Offense: Two (2) days suspension NO access to Real Time Live Classes and
in Google Classroom
Second Offense: Five (5) days suspension NO access to Real Time Live Classes
and in Google Classroom; Warning for Dismissal
