CODE OF DISCIPLINE DURING ONLINE CLASSES
AND DISTANCE LEARNING (Modular Learning Modality)
This Code of Discipline shall be implemented during the Online and Modular Learning
Modalities. This student manual will be used in congruent with the existing APCAS
College Student Handbook 2017 edition and the Basic Education Department Student
Handbook 2019 Edition. This code of discipline will also adhere to Republic Act No.
10175 known as the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 and Republic Act No. 10627
known as the Anti Bullying Act of 2013.
The existing student handbook published and used prior to School Year 2020-2021 shall
be used as the reference and guide in any disciplinary concern not found in this manual.
MINOR OFFENSES
1. WEARING INAPPROPRIATE DRESS/CLOTHES DURING REAL TIME LIVE
CLASSES.
First Offense: Verbal Warning
Second Offense: Written Explanation
Third Offense: One (1) day suspension in online classes
Fourth Offense: Five (5) days suspension in online classes
Fifth Offense: Transfer the student to modular learning mode
2. SMOKING/VAPING DURING ONLINE CLASSES
First Offense: Written Explanation
Second Offense: One (1) day suspension in online classes
Third Offense: Five (5) days suspension in online classes
Fourth Offense: Fifteen (15) days suspension in online classes
Fifth Offense: Transfer the student to modular learning mode
3. INTERRUPTING CLASSES WITH INTENTIONAL NOISE INCLUDING
TURNING THE MIC ON WHILE THE TEACHER/STUDENT IS PRESENTING
A LESSON/ANSWER
First Offense: Verbal Warning
Second Offense: Written Explanation
Third Offense: One (1) day suspension in online classes
Fourth Offense: Five (5) days suspension in online classes
