because we are playing and playing and playing and we like to play together and then we have
a lot of fun with the music, so that’s the key, having fun with what you do, I think. So that’s
what I try to do.

BiTS: Do you have any particular ambition? Is that something that you want to do? Somebody
you want to play with? Some place you want to go to, something like that?

GH: I think my ambition is to do fantastic music, like music that people are really wow! I am
very much a live musician, but I’m working hard on doing good recordings, I mean recordings
recording. I also want to build up my YouTube Channel and Facebook Channel to be big, so I
have a big platform because not only me, there are a lot of interesting bands and music out
there that I could help if I had a big platform. So I really want to work on that.

BiTS: That sounds wonderful. Gunhild I won’t take any more of your time. Thank you very
much indeed for talking to me. I just want to make one comment though, they do say that
people who are musicians and want to play the blues try very hard to do it and sometimes fail.
I have heard you doing the ‘Sidney Bechet’s Blues’. I’ve got a copy of that track in my database
and ‘Sidney Bechet’S Blues’ is one of the finest pieces of trombone playing I have ever heard. It
is absolutely terrific. I love it.

GH: You bring tears to my eyes because you say some fantastic things [laughing]. Thank you so
much. I have no answer to that, but the only music I listen to is jazz.
BiTS: Okay. I wish you the very best of luck. I hope everything goes well for you on the rest of

the tour and you don’t have too many disasters or anything like that. And thank you very much
indeed for speaking to me.

GH: So far the tour went well but every day now more and more it’s difficult because of the
aeroplanes and everything, so every day is a challenge, but I’m having a lot of fun.

BiTS: As they say in the blues world, keep on keeping on.
