½” regular gypsum board on 3-5/8 “ standard steel studs spaced @ 16’ c/c for a
finished height of 8.0 ft., ready for paint finish. Exterior walls at two story office
building portion and behind split face masonry walls at Plant, to have back-up
consisting of 6” standard steel studs spaced @ 16’ c/c with ½” exterior grade
sheathing.

Stairwells
5/8” fire rated gypsum board on 3-5/8 “ standard steel studs spaced @ 16’ c/c. Wall
assembly continuous to underside of roof deck.

Demising Wall ( between office/plant)
5/8” fire rated gypsum board on 6“ standard steel studs spaced @ 16’ c/c. Wall
assembly continuous to underside of roof deck.

Plant Offices, Washrooms
Exposed architectural masonry construction finished to a height of 8.0 ft., with
tooled joints ready for paint finish.

Plant
Exterior walls to have a pre-painted white, metal, interior liner finish, full height
from floor to eave.
