Built-Up Roofing

Office portion to have standard 5 ply tar and gravel built-up roof system over steel deck with
rigid insulation and topping of clear ¾” minus washed gravel complete with galvanized metal
gravel stop. Roof slopes to drains with built-in pitch from structural roof framing. Fabricate
and install parapet cap flashing supplied by pre-formed wall cladding supplier.

Pre-formed Metal Wall Cladding

Office portion at upper second floor level and both entrance canopies to have 24 gauge, 1-
1/2” deep vertical profile, prefinished 10,000 series standard color, metal cladding on 5/8”
deep 18 gauge galvanized horizontal furring at 4.0 ft. centers. Metal wall cladding to be
complete with matching fasteners, sealant and flashing at base and cap, corners, and around
all openings. Provide matching prefinished metal flat stock to roofer for parapet flashing.

Caulking

Provide the proper commercial quality sealants for interior and exterior applications, color coordinated,
to seal all wall and roof openings including doors, windows, mechanical/electrical openings and
penetrations, counter tops, frames etc.
