The main duties and responsibilities of a Project Manager will include the following.
*Administrative control of project
*Control and monitor all reporting to and from the site
*Budget and schedule preparation, monitoring and updating
*Temporary provisions, major purchases and buyouts
*Subcontractor awards and shop drawing processing
*Job-cost recording and budget analysis
*Site meetings, agendas and minutes
*Progress billing and Schedule of Values preparation
