Your behaviour and your capabilities to work under pressure matters a lot. This is followed by how you behave
and complete the common task. Everyone is a team player but just imagine if you have to work in a team where
each and everyone wants to desperately prove himself/herself while working for the common task, believe me
then it becomes much more difficult to work. So, in the end I would just say NITIE has maintained good
reputation in the company because of the hard work of the seniors so please maintain the same and I am sure
you guys will.
