Chapter 3: Determine eligibility
If you are not eligible to enter the Express Entry pool , you will receive a message that
looks something like this:
Some reasons for why you may have been found ineligible for Express Entry are…
1. You are not eligible for one of the three prog rams (FSW, CEC, FST) included under
Express Entry.
2. You selected Quebec as your destination province. Quebec is not a part of Express
own immigration program
