Sterilizing > Sterilization is reserved for the most dangerous microbes such as Anthrax, or for
surgical equipment. Sterilizers kill all microbes on a treated area. Because sterilizers are so strong,
they are also often dangerous to use and are typically reserved for controlled lab purposes or rare
circumstances.

Sterilization requires a higher level of technology. To achieve
sterilization, you would often expect to use more high-tech equipment such as heat,
hydrogen peroxide systems and chlorine gas generators.
EPA registered, hospital-grade disinfectant cleaners can come as a pre-mixed, ready-to
use
concentrate and disinfectant wipes, or as a concentrate that needs to be diluted
appropriately
in another container for prior to application. Always label these new containers
immediately
for safety of all staff and guests. Always wear gloves and protective eyewear when mixing
or working with these chemicals.

Sanitizing > The sanitization process decreases the number of microbes on a surface, there by
reducing the number of pathogenic microbes present. Sanitizers are the weakest of the
antimicrobials.

Sterilization- completely kills all microbial life not used in lash studios, unless performing other
services that puncture the skin.

Sanitize- To make sanitary (as by and hygienic disinfect. Sanitize is a blanket term when talking about
