1. Lifting patient platform installation

2. This document will describe the physical mounting of
the patient platform. The hydraulic compressor
driving the platform is covered in a separate
document.

WARNING: The platform weights
approximately 100 Kg.
Transporting the platform may

require special equipment and
setting it into its final location may
require an extra pair of hands.

3. Locate the platform and place it into
position.

4. Notice that the bottom edge covers need
to be installed first

5. Keep proper orientation. Hydraulic cables

and hoses need to point towards the
hydraulic pump at the back of the frontal
column.

6. The platform attaches at two places the
back to the gantry’s metal frame.

7. Align the position of the platform’s support
brackets to the gantry’s frame. Install the
hardware X6 (CHC M6x16) bolts but do
not tighten them yet.
