5. Column Assembly
a. Locate, uncrate and prepare the CTT Tool -

Some minor assembly required
b. Identify the crates with the columns and remove
the shipping materials leaving only the pallet in
which the columns rest. Be extra careful with the
guiding band, the motor gear box assembly and

some motion sensors already attached to the
columns.

IMPORTANT: Keep in mind the
weight of each column is 250Kg.
Identify a safe transportation
route to bring the columns into the
room. Figure 1 - Column transport tool (CTT)
Make sure the floors, ramps and
elevators meet the weight and

spacing requirements.
