some people will buy from a faceless business on the
Internet and will remain customers of those companies,
until they have a claim. Then they’ll be back to looking
for somebody who understands them, that they have a
relationship with, and whom they trust to take care of
them. Many others will never do that. They understand
that, if something terrible happens to their family or
their business, they’ll need not only insurance to make
them whole again, but that it’s important to have a
relationship with someone they know will take care of
them when the worst happens. There will always be a
need for independent insurance agents who offer not
only choice among carriers to guarantee the consumer
the best coverage at the greatest value, but who also
offer the deep personal relationship that business people
and consumers really want to have with the person who
guarantees their family’s and their business’s recovery
after a disaster.
This business, in addition to being a great way to
make a living and to build wealth, provides a tremendous
service to society in putting people back together again.

dent agency, dedicated to taking care of those people
in your community when they need you the most, you
can feel pride in being part of a noble business. You
will be respected by your community, not only as an
