Final Design Ideas
User Journey
The user journey shows a simple overview of how the persona would come to interact with the pet training app, from
reading a pet training information brochure at the rescue shelter, to downloading the app via a QR code and using the
app to train her newly adopted dog, ultimately creating a better bond with her pet while having a better trained dog. A
more detailed user journey will be created during the final stages of the prototype designs.
