1. Introduction

Design Methodology

A design thinking approach was followed for this project. The process

fell into three main phases; Understand, explore and implement.

This approach is non linear and iterative allowing the researcher to

understand the target audience, challenge any assumptions formed

and redefine the problem as needed to create a solution that not only

adheres to the principles of intuitive design but meets the end users

needs.
