        and physically.
    •   Explore light’s role and it influences on emotions and circadian rhythms.
    •   Apply emotional design frameworks to create an interactive product or service
        that enhances the well-being of SAD patients within their domestic environment.
    •   Develop a product or service that is user-friendly , aesthetically pleasing and
        effective in mitigating the SAD symptoms.
    Target Audience
    Primary: individuals diagnosed with SAD and those who work unsocial hours, with a strong
    those living in countries with limited access to sunlight.
    Secondary: healthcare institutions, mental health professionals, educational institution
    Tertiary: families, friends, caregivers, researchers and policymakers within mental heal
