Dear colleague,

         We are happy to introduce the monthly Aptiv EDS EMEA Newsletter. Here you can find a summary of all news and
         activities happened during the last month in EDS EMEA.

         You can also find all information on our EDS EMEA SharePoint – Breaking News Page or on GoAptiv. As we have
         a lot to share, the May Issue will be very informative, covering the first five moth of the year.

         In the past month we had a difficult environment and working conditions, but we managed to run our business and
         deal with this special situation! A big thank you to all of YOU to make Aptiv successful!

         In most of the countries vaccination is proceeding well and soon also Aptiv as a company is able to offer vaccination
         in our plans, so reach out to local communication to register and be listed for vaccine.

         We recently got the results from our culture survey and are happy to share the results and starting the action plan-
         ning. More information will be shared in this newsletter and separate communication soon,

         as well as on our 2021 Culture Survey SharePoint Page.

         A Message from Ergün & Stefan

         PCI – Positive Climate Index Survey Update
         Dear Team
         In January ´21, we rolled out the PCI Survey in EDS EMEA.

         Today, we are happy to close the 5 Month in 2021 with in total 2,300 employee
         feedbacks.

         Our Leadership Team reviewed the results and identified 3 main areas of im-
         provement

         which are the following:
         •     At Aptiv, I feel we collaborate effectively to reach goals

         •     My Ideas and suggestions for improvements are appreciated and
               supported
         •     Aptiv allows me the opportunity to grow and develop my career


         Currently, we are agreeing and developing actions to improve especially in this areas. Within the following weeks,
         we will contact you with more information and actions.
