#PCI : Your Voice Matters

Since January, we introduced our Positive Climate Index in EDS
EMEA in all our plants and customer service center. Almost 2,500
employees already participated and gave an overall rating of 3,96 out
of 5.

Already more than 100 actions were agreed on a local level and cur-
rently actions on a regional level will be agreed to support the conti-
nuous improvement of our work environment and employee engage-
ment.
We would like to thank you for your support and effort to improve our ways of working
and we are looking forward that all of our employees have the possibility to be part of
our PCI and continuously improve

our business and your working area!

#May EDS EMEA Leadership Call

The EDS EMEA Regional Leadership Call took place
12th May and the Leadership Team shared the out-
look for 2021.
We as Aptiv EDS EMEA are well positioned for the
near term Challenges. We still have Covid Operatio-
nal

Challenges due to inefficiencies. Supply Chain
Constraints: The Worldwide shortage of semi-
conductors limiting 1st half of ’21 visibility;
driving increased manufacturing and logistics costs.

The Market Demand Stabilization: Recovery of lost production volumes expected in the 2 half of ’21; global
vehicle production expected up ~10%

Our Mission is still to deliver a safe, green and connected
technologies that enables the future of mobility.
We as Aptiv have the Vision for the next 3-5 years to be our
customers´ partner of choice and deliver top quartile share-
holder returns.
