# Lean 2.0

EDS EMEA will exit Phase 1 (Organizational Readi-
ness) in 7 plants in 2021.
The deployment is to progress continues to Plan,
although we have some delay due to Lean Lea-
dership Training re-schedules.
In Morocco our pilot plants
are ~70% through Phase 1, maturity assessments completed M4 and M3. The CEU Cluster has completed the
Lean Leadership. Training with positive engagement from Regional Team and PM’s.
A deep dive is planned for May 2021, to fully align around Lean 2.0 deployment program and address gaps and
issues, the Kaizen activities and Lean capabilities are being monitored in all plants versus Phase Exit Targets

Four of our EDS EMEA plants got the Safety Recognition Certificate in February and March 2021!
