The Prospective Debutantes, along with their parents or guardians,
sponsors, and co-sponsors, kicked off the 66th season with a fresh
twist on the traditional Tea! On a beautiful Sunday afternoon, October
20th, EGO held its first-ever Get Acquainted Reception at Alabama
A&M University’s historic campus.

Themed “Cultivating Pearls of Exquisite Grace,” the event offered a lively atmosphere where Prospec-
tive Debutantes connected with each other and EGO members. They enjoyed warm introductions, engag-
ing games, delicious food, and a beautifully decorated space filled with camaraderie. The Prospective
Debutantes also helped introduce another “first” for EGO—the launch of its TikTok platform, expanding
EGO’s presence across all major social
media platforms!
