The technological process is controlled by industrial logic
controllers (ILC). The control is carried out using sensors
of various types. Control actions occur through executive
mechanisms. The production level is operational-tactical
planning and dispatching (MES), process visualization
systems (SCADA). The upper level is responsible for
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Optimized
Production Planning (APS). All levels are united by a
local computer network. The integrated automation
system allows for total control of the progress of
the technological process, the consumption of
resources and the volume of the production
program. Conduct long-term planning for up to
one decade. Inaccuracies in strategic planning
are taken into account when drawing up
operational plans at the production level
(MES).
The interaction of all the listed system
components is carried out in the PLM
(product life cycle management)
software environment, in Russian

cycle. The PLM environment is an evolution of PDM technology for CAD / CAM / CAE database
management. Electronic document management allows you to increase the productivity of
engineering and technical personnel. Reduced logistics and planning errors. At the same time,
there is no rigid connection between all parts of the production process. Each level of the
management pyramid is automated locally. There is no general production model in this system.
Data exchange is initiated by the operator. Global automation of the facility according to the
scheme (Fig. 1) is difficult due to the low speed of computer networks and low productivity of
industrial computers. System components exchange data, and do not solve a general problem.
The advent of powerful servers and high-speed Internet is fundamentally changing
industrial automation concept. Cloud computing and the Internet of Things are becoming key
tools. The concept of cloud computing (Clouding computing) is interpreted as a technology of
distributed data processing, in which computer resources and power are provided to the user
in the form of an Internet service. In fact, this is the development of database management
systems (DBMS). As a result, a new class of equipment appears which is integrated into the
Internet environment. The concept of the Internet of Things appears. The source [1] provides
the concept of the Internet of Things as a network of physical objects containing built-in
technology that allows these objects to measure the parameters of their own state or the state
of the environment, use and transmit this information. The Internet of Things can exchange
