HANDLING ROBBERY










                  Purpose

                  Robbery is defined as: The action of taking property unlawfully
                  from a person or place by force or threat of force.

                  This  section  should  provide  guidance  on  how  best  to  handle  a
                  robbery.


                  Applicability

                  In  case  of  a  robbery  the  most  important  thing  is  that  all
                  employees  are  safe.  When  confronted  by  a  robber  employees
                  should not resist and give them what they want.


                  Prerequisites

                  All employees should take training on robbery situations.



                  Responsibilities
                  Sales agent- in charge of notifying authorities and management

                  that a robbery took place.
                  DSM- make sure that all employees are safe and that HR and RSM
                  are engaged. Get to the office and assist with the investigation.

                  Ensure  that  HR,  RSM  and  the  Sales  directors  are  notified
                  immediately.

                  RSM- make sure that all employees are safe and confirm that HR
                  is engaged. Also make sure that the Sales Director and President
                  of Sales are notified of the situation.
