                  Purpose

                  Corporate or retail employees can seek help with any issues
                  related to the maintenance of the store or technology.


                  Applicability

                  Employees  will  have  a  resource  to  contact  for  any
                  maintenance or IT issues.


                  Prerequisites

                  Access to IT help desk-Roboform
                  Access to Service Channel



                  Responsibilities

                  AMAX  employee-  in  charge  of  putting  in  a  ticket  for  any

                  issues related to maintenance or IT.
                  Facilities- in charge of the office audit checklist to ensure all
                  offices  have  a  standard  of  cleanliness.  If  there  are  any

                  issues, then they will dispatch a service technician to take

                  care of the job.
                  IT Department- in charge of responding and resolving any IT

                  related issues.
