• Friday through Sunday would consist of jeans with A-MAX apparel shirts. Tennis shoes are allowed.
• Each new employee will receive five black A-MAX Polos after 30 days of employment and successful
completion of all license requirements. All new hires are required to follow the business casual policy outlined
in the company handbook until they receive their apparel.
• Employees are responsible for the maintenance and care of their A-MAX Polos. In the event an employee
needs a new shirt, the employee is responsible for the cost.
• If an employee leaves the organization within 1 year of having received their shirts, payroll will deduct the cost
of the five A-MAX Polo shirts at an estimated cost of $85.00 (subject to change based on taxes or changes in
vendor cost).
• All Non-Retail Employees can either follow a business professional dress code or relaxed casual dress code
while in the office.

ALL OTHER EMPLOYEES

• Appropriate Women Attire
• Suits, Blazers, and dress jackets
• Dress tops/blouses, sweaters, dress sleeveless blouses (must cover ¾ of shoulder)
• Dresses and skirts (must rest at or below the knee)
• A-MAX branded shirt with slacks (black preferably)
• Jeans and Athletic shoes can be worn Friday-Sunday

INAPPROPRIATE WOMEN’S ATTIRE

• Distressed Jeans. Jeans must be free of holes, no exceptions
• Leggings
• Athletic Shoes of any type (unacceptable Monday-Thursday)
• T-Shirts with logos, Low cut tops or blouses that reveal the chest
• Spaghetti straps or strapless dresses or blouses
• Partially or fully backless dresses or blouses
• Dirty or soiled garments of any type

APPROPRIATE WOMEN’S SHOES

• Dress Sandals
• Casual, low-heel, open-back shoes
• Casual, low-heel, open-back shoes (e.g., mules, sling backs)
• Athletic shoes can be worn Friday-Sunday

APPROPRIATE MEN’S ATTIRE

• Suits and sports coats (optional)
• Dress shirs with tie (tie is optional)
• Dress slacks and dress khaki pants
• A-MAX branded shirt with slacks (black preferably)
• Jeans and Athletic shoes can be worn Friday-Sunday
