                                      SECTION 6—EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILITIES

            6.1 LICENSING AND CERTIFICATION

A-Max Auto Insurance and its affiliates are required by law to attain certification of any employee whose duties require
federal, state, or agency licensing. Therefore, all individuals that fall under this category must be able to present verifiable
proof prior to their starting date that such requirements have been met and/or successfully complete training, testing, and
application requirements within 90 days of hire to avoid disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Employees must also agree that their licenses and/or certifications will be maintained and kept current for the duration of
their employment with the Company. Failure to present or retail certification may result in disciplinary action, up to and
              including termination of employment.

               3.1.1 LICENSE POLICY

               PURPOSE

The purpose of this policy is to outline the licensing requirements for all employees hired to work for A-MAX Auto
Insurance and Affiliates in an insurance role. As a member of the sales team, you must maintain an active license. If
you are hired to be a part of the sales support team, this policy may not apply to you.

               POLICY

Employees with an active license issued by Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) are allowed to meet with
customers and sell our products and services. To maintain an active license status, you must complete all license
renewals and required Continuing Education (CE) courses before the expiration date. If you fail to renew your
license, you may face disciplinary action, including termination of employment. Failure to adhere to these policy
guidelines and requirements for maintaining an active license can lead to penalties at the state level, and it may
prohibit you from holding a state insurance license. Sharing logins, passwords and/or system credentials is strictly
prohibited and is a violation of company policy, which will result in disciplinary action actions, up to and including
               possible termination.

               UNLICENSED EMPLOYEES

An unlicensed employee is an individual hired to work for A-MAX Auto Insurance and Affiliates who 1) does not
have a valid license, or 2) the license has expired due to it not being renewed before the expiration date. If you
have an inactive license, you cannot:
                 1. write endorsements
                 2. renew or write a new policy, or
                 3. collect an agency fee

Employees with an inactive license or expired license must take a pre-licensing course administered by an A-MAX
Learning Facilitator and complete the practice exam with a 74% or higher score (contingent on expired license
renewal status). After meeting the pre-licensing course requirements, the Human Resource Department (HR) will
schedule the Pearson Vue Exam and fingerprints. If you score 70% or higher on the Pearson Vue exam, HR will
contact you to gather the required information to submit an application that TDI will review.
