What is Centivo?

Centivo is a health plan administrator that helps provide high quality care at lower costs to associates and
their families by working directly with local healthcare providers. In addition, Centivo offers traditional health
plan options with national network access via Cigna. Centivo administers the medical plans for MB Aerospace,
thus they provide the support / Concierge call center, the app and portal, the communications including the
welcome materials and Explanation of Benefits statements (EOBs), and they process the payments when you use
care. If you have any questions about the plan options or the participating providers, please contact the Centivo

Why did MB Aerospace choose Centivo to administer its health benefits for 2021?
MB Aerospace was looking for a new benefit program that will improve the quality of care for MB Aerospace
employees and their families, without increasing costs. Centivo allows MB Aerospace to do this. Centivo custom
built its own network of high-quality healthcare providers and offers this together with a primary care-centered
health plan so that MB Aerospace employees will get higher quality care, a better healthcare experience, and
lower, more predictable healthcare costs. In addition, Centivo offers plan options using the Cigna national
network, which gives employees the flexibility to choose the plan that works best for them.

Will I need a new ID card?
Yes, this is a new plan and requires a new ID card. You will receive a new ID card from Centivo shortly before
st
January 1 . It is important that you present your new Centivo ID card when receiving care to ensure that your
claims are paid (so that you are not billed for the entire cost of the visit).

You can call the Centivo Concierge Team for all questions on your plan at 844-599-0604. The Centivo Concierge
Team is available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 8 pm ET and offers support in English and Spanish, as well
as 150 other languages.
