interesting. Anyways, A1 CIES happened and the level of
anxiety was real. I would often have dreams that I got straight
F’s. My father played a major part, since he would keep
himself in solitary for hours and pray for my success.
One day while I was sleeping, a glimmer of morning light had
my eyes opened. The first thing I saw was my brother looking
strangely into his phone. It was the day for my A1 result and
looking at his face I knew I messed up. For a second, I thought
it was not in my luck to get 100% scholarship and right at that
moment he looked at me with a surprised face and shouted
with excitement, “You did it!!! Straight A’s!” Suddenly,
everything faded away, it was just me and my overwhelming
emotions. I rose up from my bed and started shouting and
screaming, I jumped and hugged my brother and continued
yelling, “I did it!, I did it!”. I ran to my parents’ room and started
crying. They got extremely worried for a second but then took
a breath of relief after learning. Finally, my sister who went
