I’m pleased with that
and already the page
looks better.

We’ve never been able
to do much with the
Site Builder Home
page but now it’s a
page like any other
and I can make this
look even better and
make it more useful.

I intend to add a page title such as ‘Bishop Auckland in the Land of the Prince
Bishops’ and a paragraph under the photo montage inviting visitors to explore
our site using the navigation buttons. The main change that I want to make will
be putting the image into a media and text box and adding text with a view to
encouraging visitors to want to learn more and perhaps join our u3a. It will
become a true Home page.
The process of formatting will not take long at all, perhaps around 10 minutes.
The time needed will be deciding what to write but I can prepare this in advance
and have it ready to copy and paste at migration time.
