               Add New Contact
After your site has been set up at migration you will almost inevitably have to
add a new contact at some time in the future. In this case you select Add New
Contact from your Dashboard menu. Just as when you add a new venue you will
be presented with a form that looks like this: -

Simply complete the form with as much or as little information as you wish
according to the GDPR policy of your u3a and Publish the contact details.
Note that the contact email address does not need to appear on group details or
any other page. It can be ‘cloaked’ and this is a setting that you can select in the
u3a Settings menu that is discussed later. Cloaking gives a contact to select on
the page that takes the member or visitor to a contact form like the bluebird
               contact form on Site Builder.

Just a reminder that it is a WordPress requirement that all users of the system
must have a unique email address.

               Self-Check: u3a Contacts
As with Venues this is not something you need to do on a daily basis but it is
worth knowing how to do it. Try this out for yourself and add a new contact real
or imaginary and Publish the information. You can use the details of this person
when you practice setting up a new group later. Return to your u3a Contacts
menu and check that your new contact is now on the list.

In Local no one else except you is going to see this data so it is your choice what
you enter for the purpose of this workbook.
