g. Delivery Letter (Surat Pengiriman)
Delevery Letter atau surat pengiriman sering disebut juga dalam

surat bahasa Inggris “Order Receipts”, merupakan surat yang dikirimkan
pembeli kepada penjual untuk mengonfirmasikan bahwa barang yang

dipesan telah diterima oleh pihak pembeli. Penjelasan terkait detail

barang/jasa yang diterima dapat dicantumkan di dalam isi surat ataupun
disertakan dalam lampiran. Di dalam Delevery Letter atau surat pengiriman

juga dijelaskan apakah barang/jasa yang diterima sesuai dengan pesanan
pembeli ataupun tidak.

In accordance with the item order letter Ref : BM/SN/A12 dated 20
February, 2009 regarding ordering computers that our company has received well, through
this delivery letter, we inform you that the goods ordered by you have been sent via our
company courier. We pack the items ordered by Mr/ Ms. We use special packaging and
grass paper and thick cardboard so that they don't get damaged on the way even though
the shipment is still in the city.

Along with this letter of delivery of goods, we attach a packing list and a purchase
invoice for £3781.414,01 (three thousand seven hundred eighty-one four hundred fourteen
point blank one pound) with down payment £1000.000 for the purchase of 5 units of
computer Led "ACEP", 4 "BENT" Computers Eye Care Monitor, 2 "HI" Computer Elite
Display, 3 "VIEWNEW" Computer Ultra HD LCD and 3 "TOSHBA" DreamLight Z23x
D2. After the goods ordered by Mr / Ms are received by Mr / Ms, please confirm and
pay off the payment no later than 7 (seven) days after the goods are received in
accordance with the previous agreement.

Thus we submit this letter of delivery of goods, for your attention, we thank you.
