Raspberry Posset

                    Creamy raspberry posset with buttery shortbread and fresh berries

                                           To serve your dessert (approx.5 minutes)

          1. Carefully trim the shortbread into a rectangle. Then carefully    INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
             cut the remaining short bread into equal sized fingers.           TO SERVE YOUR DESSERT:

          2. Place raspberry posset in the centre of the plate and sprinkle    •   Prepared raspberry possets
             with a some fresh berries. Place 2 shortbread fingers per
             person onto the plate.                                            •   Prepared short bread

          3. Finally dust the plate with a little icing sugar.                 •   Icing sugar and berries
