Sharing Steak

                        with macaroni cheese, creamed spinach & peppercorn sauce

                                                  Serving the steak
                                           To serve your main (approx. 25 minutes)

          1. Remove your steak from the fridge at least 120 minutes            INGREDIENTS REQUIRED TO
             before beginning cooking.                                         SERVE YOUR MAIN:

          2. Preheat your oven to 110°C.                                       •   2 x 700g T-Bone Steak

          3. While the oven is getting to temperature, place the steak on      •   Prepared mac and cheese
             a rack in a roasting tray and then insert the probe into the
             middle of the steak as shown.                                     •   Prepared peppercorn sauce

          4. Place into the oven and allow to cook. It should take between     •   1 Bag of spinach
             60 and 90 minutes to reach desired temperature. Flip the
             steak every 15 minutes to make sure it cooks evenly.              •   Parsley to garnish

          5. When the steak has nearly reached temperature make sure           •   100 ml of double cream
             to begin to heat your frying pan, griddle pan or BBQ, as you
             will be transferring the steak straight from the oven onto it.    •   Pinch of cayenne pepper

          6. When the steak has reached your desired temperature               •   1 clove of garlic
             remove straight from the oven and rub a little olive oil onto
             each side of the steak and then transfer to the smoking hot       EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

          7. Cook for 45-60 seconds a side.
