Sharing Steak
with macaroni cheese, creamed spinach & peppercorn sauce
Serving the steak
To serve your main (approx. 25 minutes)
1. Remove your steak from the fridge at least 120 minutes INGREDIENTS REQUIRED TO

6. When the steak has reached your desired temperature • 1 clove of garlic
remove straight from the oven and rub a little olive oil onto
each side of the steak and then transfer to the smoking hot EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

7. Cook for 45-60 seconds a side.

rest for 15-20 minutes.While the steak is resting you will in the oven
finish all of your side dishes and your sauce.
