Goats Cheese Tortellini

                                              with a red pepper sauce

                                          Prepare the Red Pepper Sauce
                                          To serve your starter (approx. 10 minutes)

          1. On a high heat bring a pan of salted water to the boil.           INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
                                                                               TO SERVE YOUR STARTER:
          2. Add your red pepper sauce to a small saucepan and on a
             medium heat warm the sauce through, adding a knob of              •   Prepared goats cheese tortellini
             butter to finish it off.

          3. Once your sauce is hot, and your water is boiling, gently
             lower your tortellini's into the water ensuring you have a        •   5g butter
             timer set for 60 seconds.
                                                                               EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
          4. Once they have been in the water for 60 seconds remove            •   Saucepan of salted
             gently and place on a plate to allow any excess water to              boiling water
             drain off.

          5. Add the red pepper sauce to the serving plate/bowl, gently        •   small saucepan
             place your tortellini's on top.
