DDS Supports MADD

Team DDS was an exhibitor at the 14th Annual
Mothers Against Drunk Drivers Golden Shield
Awards Program. This event honored many
officers in several categories who have gone
above and beyond the call of duty to eradicate
impaired driving.

They also admired the Manuals and enjoyed
hearing about our plans for the DDS 2 GO
Program. DDS thanked our law enforcement
partners for all they do to keep us safe –.

The 40 Hour Parent Teen Driving Guide was also a hit at the
Gwinnett County Library when Governmental Affairs &
Communications Director Shevondah Leslie participated in a
recent Teen Driving Program. The library provides web
access for various driver education programs that teens are
required to compete before testing.

The new Georgia Driver’s
License designed by Gemalto
will be made of a polycarbonate
material. Bullet proof glass is
made of the same material. It is
durable and very hard to
counterfeit. Over 40 countries
have chosen polycarbonate for
their national identity cards and
close to 30 national passport
programs are using it.
