Chinese Delegation Visits DDS Headquarters

CONYERS, GA--Commissioner (DDS) Spencer R. Moore and the executive team on November 16th welcomed to
Headquarters numerous delegates from the Insurance Association of China, as well as insurance representatives
from several provinces in China. Other guests from China included representatives from Times Information
Technology Development and Genilex Information Technology.

The event was a joint collaboration between DDS, LexisNexis, and its Chinese counterparts. DDS provided the
delegation with a complete overview of DDS operations, with a specific emphasis on how driver information is
used by the automobile insurance industry in the United States.

The delegation was eager to exchange ideas with DDS team members and participated in a roundtable discussion
of several key DDS customer service projects aimed at increasing efficiency including a new Mobile Services App,
DDS 2 Go, to be revealed in early 2018. Of notable interest was the Agency’s Bulk Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
process including the statutory requirements, security and planned enhancements.
