TEAM DDS Tours Georgia Power Customer Care Center

MCDONOUGH, GA—On November 17th, DDS Board Member and Georgia Power Metro West Region Manager Britt
Fleck welcomed DDS Commissioner Moore, Deputy Commissioner Rich, and DDS staff from the Customer Contact
Center and PMO to tour Georgia Power’s Customer Care Center in McDonough. The tour was just one example of
the great state-private partnerships DDS actively engages in to enhance its service delivery to customers. During
the tour, Georgia Power and DDS were able to share best practices and exchange information and ideas on
technology improvements, best practices, performance metrics, quality assurance, online support, as well as
scheduling and workforce planning.
