GOAL 7: Affordable and Clean Energy
Increased use of solar panels to produce energy will reduce the number of emissions
from fossil fuels, helping alleviate the damage of smog, acid rain, climate change, and
contaminated water sources. Keeping your HVAC equipment in tip top condition, you
are making sure it runs efficiently. Sustainable energy, caring for climate.

Goal 8: Decent work and economic growth
Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive
employment and decent work for all. The purchases we make for our building help grow
the business economy. Giving opportunities to smaller suppliers, to women- and
minority-owned businesses, and to businesses who make sustainability a part of their
mission statement.

GOAL 9: Industries, Innovation and infrastructure
Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization and foster
innovation. Develop quality, reliable, sustainable and resilient infrastructure, including regional
and transborder infrastructure, to support economic development and human well-being, with
a focus on affordable and equitable access for all.

GOAL 10: Reduced inequalities
Reduce inequality within and among countries. Empower and promote the social,
economic and political inclusion of all, irrespective of age, sex, disability, race, ethnicity,
origin, religion or economic or other status.

GOAL 11: Sustainable cities and communities
Make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable. Reduce the
adverse per capita environmental impact of cities, including by paying special attention
to air quality, municipal and other waste management. Make information about public
transportation available to building occupants. Preferred parking for alternative fuel
vehicles or carpool and rideshare vehicles.

GOAL 12: Responsible consumption and production

Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns. Adopt sustainable practices
and integrate sustainability information into the reporting cycle; ensure that people
everywhere have the relevant information and awareness for sustainable development
and lifestyles in harmony with nature. Provide recycling facilities for the building’s
occupants.

GOAL 13: Climate action

Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impact. Reduce GHG emission from
transport operations with abatement levers such as reducing the carbon footprint through
greater fuel efficiency, local sourcing, modal shift to lower carbon modalities (e.g.: air to sea
