will be even better implemented in our department. Our achievements, growth and losses will
               continuously and transparently be available for all departments within the company.


               It is our vision that the Facility team will inspire all departments of Sakura Finetek Europe to
               become sustainable in all the business processes, so together we can contribute to achieving
               the UN goals by 2030.

               Facility Strategy and Goals -short term



               In our lively level-up plan - continuously adjusted to the moment, we set goals that will empower
               the team to act, outline the scope, monitor deliverables, and mitigate risks. The goals will be
               based on Sakura’s mission and the UN 2030 Agenda.


               Next to a well-crafted project plan to ensure objectives are met, awareness and consensus are
               key to a successful rollout. Therefore, in our plan we will also set goals which support this idea.
               The scope of this short-term plan is focused on Financial Year 2021.
               In 2021, we are focused on adding more great results to the Facility department. We aspire the
               same improvements and optimism for the following years.


               Awareness and Consensus
                     1.  Create an online channel in which we share our progress to inspire colleagues with
                         our sustainable actions.
                         This will take form as an iSakura page. Which will have elements to inform, teach, share and inspire
                         (e.g.:  idea  box  /  sharing  our  timeline  (goal  3)  /  Sustainability  action  plan  /  instructions  for  waste
                         separation / KPI) etc.
                     2.  Explore  views  and  opinions  on  sustainability  from  colleagues  via  iSakura.  This
                         influences  our  communication  and  awareness  strategy  to  reach  out  to  the  entire
                         company.
                         This can be done via polls and monitoring reactions via our intranet (iSakura).
                     3.  Build a timeline of sustainable improvements (past, until now), to inform people on
                         our progress. Make sustainability visible to all employees.
                         Information can be shared via iSakura, website or TV screen announcements.

               Environmental, Economic and Social responsibility
                     4.  Create a system to gather internal and external data from suppliers. Measure our

                         sustainability  performance.  The  goal  is  to  manage  and  measure  our  performance  so  we  can
                         increase awareness and transparency and set clear sustainability goals.

                     5.  Study possibilities and costs for installing an eco-roof.

                         Consult and get quotes from different companies.
