          Check through your customer development that the customer is
          validated  before  creating  the  product.  At  this  point,  you  can

          share a small sample of your products to get feedback from a
          target  audience.  Stop  making  solutions  in  your  mind  without
          validation; a wrong decision can cause you time, energy, money,
          and resources. Always remember golden rule 4.


          6. Incorporate an irresistible feature


          Think about your product and determine an irresistible add-on
          that  can  become  the  product's  main  attraction.  Check  similar
          non-green products and come up with a bespoke feature that
          makes your product stand unique among the lot.


          Customers always want freedom of choice; to select a product
          from several options. Go ahead and find that feature!


          7. Generate Revenue


          The idea behind starting a business is to generate a source of
          income  while  you  are  adding  social  value.  One  of  the  most
          critical  aspects  of  your  customer  development  is  discovering
          and building your target audience


          At  the  time  of  writing  this  book,  I  am  building  an  audience
          through  the  various  social  media  platforms;  Instagram,
          LinkedIn,  Facebook,  and  WhatsApp;  where  I  constantly  give

          free  advice  and  tips  on  project  management  skills  and  other
          training  to  make  them  succeed  in  their  entrepreneurship

          journey.  This  strategy  is  a  win-win;  my  audience  is  the  first
