Method of preparation:
1. Melt stearic acid on a water bath and raise the temperature to 75–80 °C.
2. Dissolve the alkali in glycerin and water and heat to 75–80 °C dissolve in
the preservative.
3. Add (2) to (1) gradually with continuous trituration during a period of 10
minutes.
4. Remove from heat and continue vigorous trituration to avoid stearic acid
crystallization.
5. Add gradually the perfume with trituration.
