Method of preparation:
1. Melt stearic acid on a water bath, add liquid paraffin and lanolin then raise
the temperature to 75–80 °C.
2. Dissolve the alkali in water, add glycerin and heat to 75–80 °C.
3. Add (2) to (1) gradually with continuous trituration.
4. Remove from heat and continue vigorous trituration (with friction) to avoid
stearic acid crystallization.
5. After formation of the cream, transfer it to mortar then add 2 ml water by 2
ml water and stir strong and fast with pestle till the cream become fluffy,
then transfer it to container. (Note: maximum amount of water added 20 ml
and don't add excess water as the cream will be too fluid).
