10.5 Your Corporation is subjected to oversight by various Parliamentary Committees as part of
democratic process.

i) Meeting with Hon'ble MPs of Konkan Railway Route of Maharashtra, Goa and Karnataka was
held on 19th & 20th September, 2019 at Goa and Karnataka. Meeting with Hon'ble MPs of
Maharashtra was held on 02.01.2020 to discuss issues pertaining to their Constituency /
State. Various issues regarding Passenger Amenities, Train Services, and Recruitment of
Land losers were discussed in these meetings.

11.0 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I, thank Ministry of Railways and the Governments of the States of Maharashtra, Karnataka,
Goa and Kerala as well as Central Government Departments and their agencies for their
help, support and co-operation. I, also thank the members of the Board for valuable guidance,
support and prudent counsel from time to time. Finally, I would like to record my appreciation
for the efforts of all the employees, their dedication and hard work, which played an important
role in the growth of the Corporation. I hope that the highly motivated and efcient workforce
