2.4.4 The contractor is to inspect all plant areas and hot and cold water and gas installations and
report to the Project Manager any situations that do not comply with current regulations
and codes of practice. This is to include the condition of the hot water generator.
2.4.5 The contractor is to include for the provision of a health and safety file which is to include
all test certificates and chlorination certificates together with record drawings etc.
2.4.6 The contractor is to provide for an engineer to be on site on the store opening day

Item - Remedial works where existing toilet areas are to be refurbished £
Item - Design and installation of relocated toilet areas £
Item - Prepare a report on the condition of existing plant and pipework system £
Item - Modifications to the gas installation £
