3.0 CUSTOMER AREA
Our customer areas must be appealing and functional,
combining into a simple yet pleasant customer experience.
From the shopfront door, the route to our order counter
must be clear and direct. Timber ceiling beams will be
used to guide customers towards the counter area.
The use of different furniture types and groupings along
with feature light fittings and wall finishes will be used to
define distinct zones for both carry-out customers and
those wishing to eat in.
